Dr. Shujaat Mubarik, Dean CBM, IoBM co-authors two books

Dr. Muhammad Shujaat Mubarik, Dean College of Business Management (CBM) at the Institute of Business Management (IoBM), has co-authored two books: “Human Capital, Innovation and Disruptive Digital Technology” and “The Dynamics of Intellectual Capital in Current Era”. 

“Human Capital, Innovation and Disruptive Digital Technology” offers a comprehensive analysis of the role of human capital in industry 4.0, firm internationalization, and organizational ambidexterity and outlines strategies for the firm to improve. “The Dynamics of Intellectual Capital in Current Era” provides an up-to-date survey of relevant concepts, research areas, and applications of intellectual capital (IC).
