HEC Intervarsity Zone “M” Men’s Basketball Championship 2026 was held on 20 May 2026, with participation from Salim Habib University (SHU), Mohammad Ali Jinnah University (MAJU), Institute of Business Administration (IBA), and the host institution, Institute of Business Management (IoBM).
During the meeting, the championship draws were finalized in a smooth and coordinated manner. All entry forms and related documents were carefully reviewed and verified to ensure transparency and adherence to the championship rules.
The basketball matches were conducted on 21 and 23 May 2026 in an atmosphere of strong competition and sportsmanship. The final match was played between IoBM vs IBA after a well- fought game, IBA secured the Championship Title, while IoBM finished as the Runner-up.
The Closing Ceremony was graced by Mr. Talib S. Karim, President IoBM, and Ma’am Sabina Mohsin, Vice President (FHE) & Chief Advisor IoBM, as Chief Guests. The occasion was also honored by the presence of Mr. Yaqoob Qadri Secretary of Sindh Basketball Association as Guest of Honor.
