IoBM's Dr. Nadia Ayub Represents Pakistan at UNESCO Summer Program in Türkiye

Dr. Nadia Ayub, Dean of the College of Economics and Social Development (CESD), Institute of Business Management (IoBM), represented Pakistan as an Invited Professor at the UNESCO Summer Program on Peace, Diplomacy, and Model United Nations (MUN) Training Camp 2026, hosted by Istanbul Aydın University, Türkiye, from 12–25 July 2026.

The two-week international program brought together students and academics from diverse countries to promote global citizenship, intercultural dialogue, peacebuilding, and sustainable development. During the program, Dr. Ayub delivered a series of interactive lectures and workshops on Gender, Peace and Global DisplacementIntercultural Competence and Emotional IntelligenceChallenging Cultural Biases: A Psychological Perspective, and Model United Nations Skills.

Through engaging discussions, case studies, and collaborative learning activities, participants explored contemporary global challenges while strengthening their leadership, communication, and cross-cultural competencies. 

This international engagement reflects IoBM’s commitment to academic excellence, global partnerships, and meaningful contributions to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Dr. Ayub’s participation further strengthens IoBM’s growing international presence and highlights the University’s dedication to fostering globally engaged faculty and future leaders.
