The certificate ceremony for EFU Life’s Mastery in Power BI program was held on Thursday, February 12, 2026, marking the successful completion of Cohort 3 of the professional development initiative. Designed as an applied learning experience rather than a conventional training course, the program emphasized practical transformation. Participants worked extensively with live business datasets, developed industry-relevant Power BI solutions, and successfully deployed their projects. The dashboards created during the program were structured for direct integration into business decision-making processes, delivering measurable and outcome-driven impact.
The ceremony was attended by Mr. Mohammed Ali Ahmed, Managing Director and CEO of EFU Life, along with senior leadership members Shazia Wajid, Jalal Curmally, and Nimra Khan. Their presence highlighted the organization’s active leadership involvement in capability-building initiatives. Throughout the program lifecycle—from design and execution to final deployment—senior management engagement ensured that newly developed skills translated into tangible business value.
Special recognition was awarded to the top four performers of the cohort: Dr. Haya A., Dr. Quratulain S. Sikandar, Arqam Raza, and Shaharyar Wadood. All participants of Cohort 3 were congratulated for successfully completing the program and contributing to a strong demonstration of analytical excellence.
The program was conducted at the Institute of Business Management (IoBM) by Dr. Imran Batada, Chief Digital Officer and Director, Center of Information Technology (CIT), IoBM, who has trained over 3,000 industry professionals in data analytics.
The initiative reflected EFU Life’s continued commitment to strengthening its data and analytics capabilities as part of a broader digital transformation agenda, with further advanced learning collaborations anticipated in the future.
