Daraksha Mustafa, an alumna of IoBM, has achieved a significant milestone by successfully clearing CSS 2025 and securing allocation in the Inland Revenue Service (IRS), one of the most prestigious groups within Pakistan’s civil services. She completed her BBA in 2021 and went on to earn her MBA in 2025. The IRS operates under the Federal Board of Revenue and plays a critical role in the country’s economic framework.
Reflecting on her journey, Daraksha emphasizes that success in CSS is less about intellect alone and more about resilience. She advises students to trust themselves and remain persistent, even when progress feels slow. According to her, the journey tests patience at every stage, and consistent effort is what ultimately leads to results. She also highlights the importance of staying focused amid external pressures. In her view, social comparison can become a major distraction, pulling individuals away from their own path. She encourages students to move at their own pace, remain grounded, and maintain a positive outlook.
Her message is simple but grounded in experience: show up every day, stay disciplined, and don’t let temporary setbacks define your direction. Over time, it is this consistency that sets individuals apart and turns ambition into achievement.
