The Institute of Business Management’s (IoBM) Career Development Centre (CDC), in collaboration with Career Pakistan’s Talk World Group, hosted an interactive session titled “Employability and the Future of Work” on Tuesday, October 27, 2026.
The session featured Ms. Tanzeela Hussain, Global People Partner at the British Council, who brought extensive experience in strategic human resource management, organisational transformation, talent development, and workforce planning across regional and global roles.
Addressing an engaged audience, Ms. Hussain shared valuable insights into the evolving world of work, employability, and the skills and adaptability required to navigate changing professional landscapes. The session concluded with an interactive question-and-answer segment, allowing students to exchange perspectives and seek guidance from an experienced industry professional.
The session reflected IoBM CDC’s continued commitment to strengthening industry–academia linkages and connecting students with experienced professionals.
