Prof. Dr. Tariq Rahim Soomro, Rector, Institute of Business Management (IoBM), was invited as the Chief Guest at the IT Module Certificate Distribution Ceremony on August 5, 2026. The certification program was organized through a collaboration between IoBM and the Training Management & Research (TMR) Wing of the Services, General Administration & Coordination Department (SGA&CD), Government of Sindh.
The ceremony marked the successful completion of the IT module by probationers of the 1st Common Training Program (CTP), recognizing their commitment to developing the digital competencies required for effective and efficient public service.
In his welcome address, Prof. Dr. Tariq Soomro highlighted the role of technology, innovation, and lifelong learning in enhancing the effectiveness of public sector governance. During the ceremony, Prof. Dr. Tariq Rahim Soomro presented certificates to the probationers of Jinnah Hall, acknowledging their successful completion of the IT module and their dedication throughout the training program.
