Bisma Afzal Billoo

Ms Bisma Afzal Billoo is currently working as a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Psychology at IoBM and holds an MS in Organizational Psychology and HRM from IoBM. Prior to that, she worked in Learning and Organizational Development, designing and delivering training programs that turned organizational needs into practical, experiential learning. She also worked as a behavioral assessor in competency based assessment centers and taught as a Visiting Faculty in renowned universities. She is certified in NLP (ABNLP, including Timeline Therapy) and Competency Mapping, and has two published studies in HEC recognized journals. Her area of teaching and research is Positive Psychology, and she designs games that make psychology more engaging and experiential. Her interests include emotional intelligence, wellbeing and experiential learning.
