Dr. Bilqees Ghani is an Associate Professor in the Department of Management and HRM, a position she has held since January 2025. She previously served as an Assistant Professor in the same department from 2019 to 2024, bringing more than seven years of academic experience to her current role. She is the recipient of the Humboldt Research Fellowship, awarded by theAlexander von Humboldt Foundation, Germany (2026). In recognition of her scholarly contributions, she has also been awarded the Best Researcher Award from the Institute of Business Management (IoBM) (2023). She designs and delivers courses primarily in Human Resource Management (HRM) and Organizational Behavior (OB) and is actively engaged in research, student mentoring, and institutional service. Before entering academia, she worked for nearly two years in human resource management at ITP and completed internships with leading organizations such as Deloitte Pakistan, Abbott Laboratories, and the Civil Aviation Authority of Pakistan.
Her research has been published in internationally recognized journals such as The International Journal of Human Resource Management, Behaviour & Information Technology, Personnel Review, and Business Strategy and the Environment, among others. She has presented her work at leading national and international academic conferences, including the Eastern Academy of Management (EAM), and her research has also been presented at the Academy of Management (AOM) Conference, further extending the international visibility of her work.
