I am a clinical psychology professional with a strong interest in mental health, human behavior, and sports psychology. I worked at Nixor for two years during my MPhil in Clinical Psychology, where I gained valuable professional experience and developed my understanding of psychological well-being and human behavior. My academic background and professional experience have strengthened my interest in clinical psychology, psychological assessment, counseling, and therapeutic interventions.
I am particularly passionate about sports psychology and understanding the psychological factors that influence athletic performance, motivation, confidence, emotional regulation, and resilience. I am interested in exploring how psychological principles can help athletes enhance their performance, manage competitive pressure, overcome mental barriers, and maintain their mental well-being.
