I serve as a Lab Assistant in the IT Department at the Institute of Business Management (IoBM). My responsibilities include assisting with the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of computer hardware systems used across campus. I support the daily technical operations of the computer labs by ensuring that all hardware functions smoothly to meet the academic and administrative requirements of the institute.
As a new member of the team, I am in the early stages of my professional development and actively engaged in learning through hands-on experience. Under the guidance of senior IT staff, I am building a solid foundation in hardware support and technical problem-solving. I also assist in preparing lab equipment for classes and support users with basic hardware-related issues.
This role is helping me grow both technically and professionally within a collaborative and learning-focused environment. I am committed to contributing to the efficiency of IoBM’s IT infrastructure while continuously improving my skills to better support the institute’s technological needs.
