I’m Riaz Ahmed, Working in the Information and Technology Dept. at the Institute of Business Management as a Computer Lab Assistant Officer I My role is in the Information Technology Dept. Checking, troubleshooting, assembling, and installing all IT equipment assigned by the Manager. Filing of all official documents about the operations of the IT Helpdesk.
Responsible for receiving IT-related complaints, coordinating with the team, and ensuring their timely resolution.
Extending complete support to New Joining/Resigned staff cases under the guidance of the Team Lead.
