Hello, my name is Sonia, and I am from North Pakistan. I completed my graduation from the University of Karachi in the Department of Health, Physical Education, and Sports Science. Currently, I am working as a Sports Officer at IoBM. Previously, I was a part of the Aga Khan School in Karimabad, Beaconhouse, and Credo for my O-Levels.
In addition, I work as a fitness instructor at Jonty Sports, where we focus on both general and specific fitness.
Regarding my athletic achievements, I recently participated in national-level football with Karachi Women. I was also a part of the Karachi Hockey Association and competed in badminton at the national U-15 level. I actively participate in various sports.
As a sports professional, my goal is to actively promote sports in an era where people are increasingly stuck to the internet.
