As a Capstone Officer at the Institute of Business Management (IOBM), I leverage my expertise in human resources, project management, and research to provide strategic guidance, ensure effective communication, and oversee industry-based projects. My role allows me to blend my skills in leadership and mentorship, driving impactful results in every project I manage.
Currently, I am pursuing an MPhil in Organizational Psychology at IOBM, following my BS in Organizational Psychology from Mohammad Ali Jinnah University, where I graduated with distinction. I’ve had the honor of presenting at prestigious conferences, including the 2023 International Conference on Business Management & Sustainability and the 2021 First National Conference on Undergraduate Psychology Research.
Beyond academia, I’ve led workshops and group counseling at companies such as Lucky Textile Mills, Zenkoders, and Dawood. Passionate about environmental advocacy, I have organized Eco-Friendly Stalls and participated in events like TrashIt, A.K. Khan Park, and IBA’s environmental change initiatives.
