Nafisa Doosa

Ms. Dossa holds an MBA from the Institute of Business Administration (IBA), Karachi and was awarded the Gold Medal for best overall performance.
Subsequently as part of her continuing education she completed a six-week training program in Human Resources from Boston, USA, and earned her Bachelor of Law (LL.B) from S.M Law College in Karachi.
Ms. Dossa brings with her more than 30 years work experience in various disciplines of Human Resources (HR) acquired during her 25-year tenure at the Aga Khan University (AKU); her last position was Sr. Manager, HR Policies & Compensation. She progressed to the position of Director Human Resources at Liaquat National Hospital, thereafter serving for 14 years being responsible for establishing the HR systems. Her last assignment prior to joining loBM was as HR Consultant at AKU for the past 3 years.
