Dr. Mehak Ejaz is an accomplished Associate Professor in the Department of Economics at the Institute of Business Administration (IoBM). She earned her PhD in Economics from the University of Sheffield, UK, in 2016. Her expertise spans labor economics, gender studies, microeconometrics, and both micro and macroeconomics.
With 20 years of teaching and research experience, Dr. Ejaz has taught at undergraduate, MS, MPhil, and PhD levels, supervising numerous theses and independent research projects. She is an HEC-approved supervisor, and one of her PhD students recently earned their degree under her guidance.
Dr. Ejaz has published extensively in reputable national and international journals. Her teaching career includes roles at leading universities in Pakistan, including the University of Karachi, NED University, SZABIST, Usman Institute of Technology, Greenwich University, and IoBM.
She has also contributed to prominent research organizations, such as the Center for Research in Economics and Business (CREB) at the Lahore School of Economics and the Social Policy and Development Centre (SPDC) in Karachi.
