Dr. Essa Khan is an Associate Professor at the Department of Entrepreneurship, IoBM, with core expertise in Entrepreneurship, Management, and Leadership. He holds an MBA from the University of Northampton, UK, and earned his doctorate in Corporate Entrepreneurship from Pakistan. Prior to IoBM, he served in various academic and administrative capacities at Bahria University, including Cluster Head of General Management, Supervisor of Ideapreneurship/Entrepreneurship, Coordinator of the Corporate Advisory Committee, and Coordinator of the MBA Weekend Program. His scholarly work is published in recognized national and international journals. He is a certified Master Trainer from the Higher Education Commission (HEC) and has attended the 21st Master Trainers-Faculty Professional Development Program (MT-FPDP) by HEC. He was also a facilitator and representative of the Social Enterprise Academy (SEA) of Scotland in Pakistan. Through his teaching, research, and mentorship, Dr. Khan’s work reflects a strong commitment to fostering entrepreneurial mindsets and promoting social enterprise across diverse communities.
