The Capstone and Case Study Center, College of Business Management (CBM) at IoBM hosted a follow-up faculty development event on business case teaching and case writing, designed to strengthen experiential learning and promote the development of locally relevant business cases. During the event, IoBM faculty members conducted live classroom teaching sessions using business case studies, which were observed by external trainers from IBA Sukkur, renowned for their expertise in business case teaching and writing. The visiting trainers provided structured and developmental feedback to enhance pedagogical effectiveness and case delivery.

The primary objective of this initiative was to offer hands-on learning and mentoring opportunities to IoBM faculty through direct engagement with experienced case instructors. The broader goal was to develop, refine, and publish high-quality local business case studies in reputed academic journals. These cases were intended to serve as valuable teaching resources not only for IoBM faculty but also for educators across other universities, thereby fostering collaboration, knowledge sharing, and contextualized learning.
By building a repository of locally grounded business case studies, IoBM aimed to enrich student learning experiences and contribute meaningfully to the advancement of business education in Pakistan. The event provided a valuable opportunity for participants to learn best practices in writing and teaching local case studies, and interested faculty members were encouraged to take part in this initiative.
