About

Saima Munawar is a distinguished academic and researcher, currently serving as a Senior Lecturer in the Marketing Department at the Institute of Business Management (IoBM). With an extensive 19-year career in teaching and teacher training, she has contributed to higher education at both local and international levels, including institutions in Pakistan and Saudi Arabia. In her role as the Managing Editor of the International Journal of Experiential Learning & Case Studies (IJELCS), she has played a pivotal role in enhancing the journal’s visibility and securing its HEC accreditation. She holds an MPhil in Business Management, a Graduate Diploma in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL), and is currently pursuing a PhD in Marketing. Her research focuses on consumer and employee behavior, with multiple peer-reviewed publications and international conference presentations to her credit. Beyond academia, Saima is a seasoned trainer, having conducted numerous workshops on research methodologies such as PLS-SEM, systematic literature review, and scale development through EFA and CFA. She has also facilitated professional development sessions on topics like teaching with technology, interactive lesson planning, and communication skills for educators. Her expertise in research and pedagogy has been recognized through collaborations with institutions in Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, and the UK, including her association with Frisby’s College (UK) and Educational Insights (KSA).
