Nabhan completed his Bachelors in Film and Television from Indiana University, Bloomington and Masters in Filmmaking from Kingston University, London. Before returning to Pakistan in 2013, he interned at CNN on their show AC360 with Anderson Cooper and was a Field Producer for a sports show “This is Indiana” on the Big Ten Network. Nabhan has produced and directed TVCs and DVCs for various national and multi-national brands since the past 8 years with one of the top production company in Pakistan, Stimulus Productions and also under the banner of his own production house, Wormhole Productions.
At IoBM, Nabhan has helped designed the curriculum of the Media Studies Department and continues to improve it every year to make it relevant and competitive. By focusing on experiential learning, the programs designed are unique and provide a real-life simulation to the students. He has also designed IoBM’s Media Studio, Labs and other media facilities to meet industry standard. As an advocate for blended education, he has developed curriculum to train faculty and has set up remote studios to enable faculty to record their lectures and develop a blended curriculum. Nabhan also leads the Marketing and Communications Department at IoBM and has introduced data driven marketing and focuses on a storytelling approach to connect with a new generation of audiences.
Nabhan is a Board Member of the Foundation for Higher Education that manages IoBM and Creek High School. He has also served as a Jury Member for Effies Pakistan and is a member of the Society for International Business Fellows, USA.
