Ms Marvi Makhdom is currently working as a Lecturer in the Business Psychology Department and holds an MPhil Degree in Organizational Psychology from IoBM. Prior to that she worked as a Visiting Faculty in renowned universities. She has done various national and international courses and diplomas in Psychology, Mental Health as well as Counselling. Her area of research includes: Moral Integrity, Job Involvement, Work Values, Family Relationship etc.
