With a diverse background in education management, research, and human resources, I bring a blend of expertise that enables me to contribute effectively across various domains. Currently, I serve as an Assistant Editor at the International Journal of Experiential Learning & Case Studies at the Institute of Business Management (IoBM). Here, I oversee editorial processes, manage peer reviews, and maintain high standards of academic quality. My role has honed my organizational skills and ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders under tight deadlines.

In addition to my editorial experience, I have a strong background in client relationship management from my time as an Account Manager at Excel Pros. I collaborated with clients to develop strategic solutions, fostering growth and service excellence. My previous work as a Research Associate in IoBM’s Education Department further developed my research and analytical skills, managing projects and conducting comprehensive literature reviews.

My HR experience, ranging from an HR Administrator role at ZVMG Rangoonwala Trust to an internship at NBP Fullerton Asset Management, has given me a strong foundation in recruitment, employee development, and training programs.

Holding an MBA in Education Management, along with a Post Graduate Diploma in HR and an M.A. in English Literature, I am equipped to navigate both educational and corporate environments effectively.
