Dr. Rabia is an Assistant Professor in Education department at IoBM since September, 2022. She has completed her PhD in Educational Leadership and Management from Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto Institute of Science & Technology (SZABIST) Karachi in March, 2022. She did her M.Phil. in Education and M.Ed. from Hamdard University. She also holds degree of Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Analytical Chemistry from University of Karachi. She has already worked as a Lecturer for Four years at Benazir Bhutto Shaheed University, Lyari Karachi. As a teacher educator, she has been engaged into multiple workshops and teacher’s trainings on technical subjects and skill development programs. Besides this, her profile also speaks about her teaching to students of primary, secondary and tertiary level since 2004.
