Dr. Mirza Dilshad Baig is associated with the Institute of Business Management since Jan, 2019. Before joining IoBM, Dr Baig worked with private, public, and multinational organizations having rich experiences over three decades as Senior positions in Human Resources and OD Management, the last being with Allied Bank Ltd as Corporate Head, Human Resources.
Dr Baig also taught MBA, M.Phil and Ph.D level students as Visiting faculty before IoBM. His areas of expertise are HR Management, Performance Management, Learning & Development, Leadership & Ethics, Human Capital Management, Talent Management, HR Audit & Procedure and Strategic HRM.
