Dr. Mir Ghulam Hyder Talpur received his Ph.D. From the (Shanghai University of Science and Technology) Renamed Shanghai University P R China in Division of Natural Science Statistics Specialty: Operations Research and Control Theory. he has outstanding teaching, research and Administration experience. his research interest is at the interface of Stochastic Operations Research and Service Operations Management. Dr. Taper’s favorite application areas are call centers, health care operations, and revenue management. His theoretical background is Probability, Queuing Theory, Markov decision chains, Regression Models, Sampling survey, Time series analyses and Applied Statistics in the field of Industries, Agriculture, Meteorology, etc. As his research gets more applied to use more and more other methodologies, often in joint projects with specialists in that particular field. He has taught various Subjects at Graduate and Undergraduate Students and Supervised Number of M.Phil. And Ph. D. Scholars. His research papers have been published in ISI Indexed scientific journals International and National level with Impact factor. He is the Member of International Association Engineers and Computer Scientist (IAENG) Member of the Population Association of Pakistan, Islamabad. Member of Revised Course Curriculum Committee Higher Education Commission, Islamabad. And member of various other committees at national level. He is also serving as a reviewer of various scientific journals, M.Phil. and Ph.D. dissertations in the area of Statistics and relevant fields at Nationally and Internationally.
